We are looking for an enthusiastic web designer with the right mix of traditional graphic design and web production skills, fluency in all Adobe web design applications and an understanding of emerging web technologies.

You will ideally be a graduate with a degree or equivalent in Graphic Design and an online portfolio of work that demonstrates your ability to generate ideas and produce effective graphics and html. Actionscript and other programming languages are an advantage but not essential.

Job Description
(within BravoSolution IT operations team)
•Install, configure and maintain part of BravoSolution’s IT infrastructure, based on Linux and MS Windows technologies
•Supervise local IDC (Internet Data Centre) equipment
•Support in the creation of IT documents, guidelines and best practices
•Provide end-user IT support for small yet growing team of PC users

After an initial training period of two months in Milan HQ, Candidate will transfer to BravoSolution London office with an open-ended contract.

Profile of an Outstanding Candidate:
•Strong knowledge of IT equipment: servers, PCs, network appliances
•Excellent knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
•Strong problem solving abilities
•Team work orientation
•Ability to work effectively under pressure
•Ability to quickly learn and grasp new concepts and processes
•self-motivated and autonomous

Ideal Experience and Background:
•Excellent English
•Maximum age 30
•Proven experience in installation, configuration and maintenance of Linux and Windows Servers
•Experience in end user IT support or software training
