Two Junior Office Assistants are required for an international finance and tax consultancy. English to Mother Tongue standard is essential. One of the positions requires fluent Italian, the other any level of Italian. Preferably you would have lived/worked/studied in Italy for over half a year. Having worked in Accounts/Tax/Finance industry would be a bonus. Your main duties will involve supporting/working alongside consultants and managers. You will be preparing minutes, updating spreadsheets and dealing with bank transfers. An excellent command of Excel and good typing skills are required. You need to be very organised, work well under pressure and be able to prioritise your workload. You will also have a bubbly personality and be a team player.
